GTA keeps crashing

It's crashed twice under similar circumstances now... one was first mission, took a BMX and drove out of the city, and it hung a bit out. Second was driving through Flint County in a Tornado or something similar... Why does it keep hanging on me?

 

I used a 100% Save File I found on a website during the second crash, but the first was New Game.

 

I have V2.0 and used the modding V2 tutorial to attempt to mod the Cop Truck (which is why I'm out of Los Santos so much, trying to find out if it worked), and a failed attempt to mod the Rancher (using a Spawn cheat).

It happens because you've modded the game. If you expect it to work flawlessly, don't mod.

 

If you're intent on modding, your best bet is to download a downgrader (we can't link to one here, but a Google search will send you on your way), and mod as you would with SA v1.0.

yeap. theres no good game like 1.0 it lets you mod everything. that is WHy, dont buy the game NOW, becuz the original one(1.0) is not in the market anymore.

...ok...

 

I got the downgrader installed, but as soon as I click "New Game", it loads all the way, but once loaded, just a black screen. I DID install a mod before running the first time.

 

Why me? =\

 

PS: I am also posting on said forum, and will let you know if I find out.

 

PPS: When loading a game, it works. But the mods don't take effect.
