On your map in Bedford Point there should be two allies going east to west. Go to the alley farthest down. Then go across the street from that and there is Love Media. It's not road leval so you have to go down a little ramp.

Love Media is a corporation based in Liberty City. It's pretty new and still rising to the monopoly status in '98, and it is led by Donald Love. Love Media is pretty much the building where you take missions from him. If you're looking for the garage, it's in the north wall I believe. Check the map that came with the game.

I just resumed playing LC after some time and i'm now doing the odd jobs.

BTW, is there an Emergency Vehicle Import Export location and or other Import Export garages, like in GTA 3 ? Thanks

I'm sure there is only the Love Media garage list.
