I don't know. I used to self-censor pictures, but I got flamed so much now I only post ones which already show no nudity. The censor squares must be a turn-off for them I guess.

I think people would rather have high quality photoshoped pasties put in. The censor blocks just take too much away. I want to see all the boob around the nipple if possible. Because everyone knows nipples = nudity
