Rossboy
Okay, just had VCS yestaday and I think i might have found a solution the garage glitch: When you park a car in there, park it so as the garage closes the back (or front) sticks out as the door lowers and the back is gone once the door shuts Its worked everytime when I store cars in it, I think tis a gaurenteed solution
Swikity
Or just park your car so the front of it touches the back wall.
Canoxa
Or just park it however you want. I bought my copy today and I've tried it with various vehicles and various occasions, no car is gone from my garage yet.

Greene
Apparently upgrading to 3.00 solves the glitches in VCS. I've only heard this but I don't know if its true.
brucewayne909
It doesn't solve the disappearing car glitch completely however it does make it a little better. Having the egde of the car stick out so that you can still see the front when the garage closes does work by the way.
Canoxa
It has been found that what 3.00+ firmware really does it setting the CPU frequency to 333hz. I'm emulating 3.02 and set it to 333, so that might explain why it took a couple of tries to disappear.
GTA Life
Apparently upgrading to 3.00 solves the glitches in VCS. I've only heard this but I don't know if its true. Wrong. I have mine at 3.02 and the glitch is forever. Nothing halps. I parked it everyway there is and nothing works.
Greene
The glitches aren't bad at all in my game for some reason. My car rarely disappears and other glitches are rare also.
GTA_Loco
I've mentioned this several occasions already, that one guaranteed solution to the garage glitch is to simply check your cars in there before you save, and don't do several tasks consecutively without checking your garages first each time. Such method sort of toggle the garages to load the cars every time to prevent them from disappearing. This is most crucial when doing missions and the Empire Building in particular. On the latter, you can't perform consecutive take overs without one of you garages eating all your cars. You have to open and close ALL your garages on the cars first before you do any further take overs. It's rather crude and tedious, but you can be pretty sure your cars will stay in your garages throughout the game.
Mclenz
Apparently upgrading to 3.00 solves the glitches in VCS. I've only heard this but I don't know if its true. It only helps loading times, but since I've upgraded I've notice some of the glitches happening less and less. The game is probably able to run at a higher speed helping it load stuff better, I'm not sure though, but since I've upgraded I've only gotten the garage glitch. No radio or engine glitches since. I've only encountered the stop radio glitch since updating to 3.03, but everytime i save and come back my VCPD Wintergreen and my Polarios V8 are always there.
