Kelsper94
Just recently got GTA:SA (PC) for Christmas and decided to try it out. I decided I couldn't be bothered doing the 100 tags so I downloaded a save game with the tags done and nothing else. So I put them in "GTA San Andreas User Files" and open the game, and load the game no problem. When it comes to the end, it loads fine, but instead of coming up with a save game, it comes up with the intro cutscene where CJ is in the airport (1992 or something). I've tried some of the solutions here but they dont seem to work (hex editor etc). Sorry if this question has been answered, but can someone please direct me to a link that could help me? Thanks
Justin
Make sure you're using the correct version saves for your game. Related topic.

Kelsper94
Got this working because I thought I had v1 when I had v2 >_>. phil4321, if you have v2, put this save in and try it. Save
Cai-pirinha
hi, just wanna notice you also to reinstall the hot coffee mod (if you had installed it) after reinstalling san andreas cos your save games won't work with the different (original) main.scm... I had this problem.. reinstalled san andreas and couldn't load save games!
torchwood3
if im right you have to have the .scm file in data folder from the saved game for this to work.. so if it dint come with that file it may not work..
