The sitar just captivates you, and takes you to a new world. Check him out, ya'll. And if anyone has any related music to reccomend, do so. If your into world music check out Yussou 'N Dour (spelling may well be wrond, my bad) he has a voice with a vocal range of something stupid like 6 octaves, very very impressive. Also got this CD called arabic chillout, incredible I love how all the mid-eastern languages sound when sung its very hypnotic. Theivery Corporation are a stand out modern group for me they have a real cool selection of reggeae/dub/eastern beats and vocals. Love it!
