To move an object once it's created, CD has to scan through memory and move any copies the game has made. One of the copies is the solid part, another is the visible part. That's what Construction Mode is doing when you're positioning an object and it prints that number on the right which is how many copies it found. Anyways, It's not possible to import anything to the img files of VCS since the model files seem to be different from those of the old PC/PS2 GTA's. So no map or vehicle mods for VCS...
