I think this is a worthwhile contribution to gameplay: Orion_SR, of the variety of

solutions for "Wrong Side of the Tracks," shows

how you can shoot Photo Ops through buildings (which I hadn't heard of before),

and get groups of them from on top of buildings, in "Full Zoom":

For general purposes, Orion_SR recommends not risking the Hydra fire by using

a helicopter for all four spots shown during a four star wanted rating. If done

then, use a helicopter for the hotel in Queens and possibly the hospital. And a

4x draw distance mod makes it easier to see where to aim for the targets, but it

can be done without the mod.
