ESP
Hello Is there any way for me to raise the frame limiter from 25 to 30 ? Some guy in a forum claimed that he was able to raise the frame limiter to 30 using a hex editor, i never used a hex editor and don't even know what is it or how it's used. I find 25 fps really choppy and i remember GTA: Vice City used to run great @ 30 Fps with frame limiter. I believe most ppl could run San Andreas really well at 30 FPS. I also find the draw distance to be awfull. Im talking about close by buildings not being fully drawn, looking like boxes and other issues. I would take a load screen like in vice city, over poor draw distance any day. When i tried running the game in 16bit color mod, the green's were off, looking ugly. Here are my specs : Windows Xp Sp2 XFX Geforce 7900 GS 575/780 Intel Core2Duo 6300 @ 3.5 ghz OCZ 2 GB dual channel @ 500mhz Thanks for looking! San Anzeas
Disabling the frame limiter allows u to get higher FPS may be even higher than 30 FPS provided ur comp is good.... Ur comp is too good man...... Also u could try this to improve frame rates in the game.... First start GTA San Andreas. When game is running ALT+TAB out of the game. Then press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open task manager... Then go to processes tab and under processes tab u'll find game running as gta_sa.exe. Right click on gta_sa.exe and go to set affinity..... Uncheck CPU 1 from the list...... This mostly does the trick on dual core computers ........... Best Of Luck !!!!!!!!

The thing is im using a 1680x1050 widescreen viewsonic lcd , and whatever i did, i couldn't get a stable 60 FPS gameplay with vsync on. Framelimiter off and vsync off causes visible tearing. I can get 60 FPS stable vsync on an lcd with a resolution of 1280x1024. ( bad weather still causes slowdowns ) I only own a widescreen lcd. I believe it would really help everyone to have some kind of mod or tool that allows us to up the framelimiter FPS from 25 to 30.
