Virtual Pancake Posted December 20, 2006 Share Posted December 20, 2006 I downloaded the Pontiac Le Mans Scrapyard edition and when I install it with SAMI v1.1, the game crashes. Is it because its the car or is that a problem with SAMI? If there is a way to install it so it will work someone please tell me. Thank you PS: Yes, I am replacing the correct car which happens to be Glendale (damaged model) or also known as glensh*t or something like that. 92F Posted December 20, 2006 Share Posted December 20, 2006 You would never be able to tell ifs its either the model or sami. The only reliable way to get it installed, is to do it manually. I manually installed the car into the game and still crashes... Ive seen other people use this carand have no trouble with it. Its the last one I need to replace. Please anyone help. Pat Posted December 21, 2006 Share Posted December 21, 2006 I didn't think you could put car mods on V. 1.1? Isn't only 1.0 moddable? I was pretty sure V. 1.1 and V. 2 were both patched from modding. I could be wrong though. You might want to look for a downgrader somewhere. I can't tell you where though, for it's against forum rules. Good luck and happy modding to you. Virtual Pancake Posted December 21, 2006 Author Share Posted December 21, 2006 Ok, to get things straight, my SAMI is v1.1, My San Andreas is v1.0 and my IMGtool is v2.0. I downgraded my San Andreas to 1.0, every other car in the game I modded works fine. only that on car I'm having trouble with, and thats the car I really wanna replace now. Believe me, I tried everything to get it to work and nothing is working. I just need a Hoop-D to complete my car modding... And they are hard to find, especially when you need it for a certain car. If its possible to use this car or get another one just as good, let me know PLEEEEEEEAAAAAAAASE!
