lord fido Posted December 19, 2006 Share Posted December 19, 2006 On the mission OG Loc you have to stop outside Freddie's house. When Loc is gonig up the stairs shoot him. Doesn't happen anything if he gets to the door. When you kill him a mission failed screen apears and you can enter Fredie's house! You can steal the stuff and take it anywhere! See below! Its fun! I was just pissed at lost so much the mission that i got pissed at loc and i killed him. Suddenly a marker appeared in the door of the house. BTW, you can store stuff at cj's house too. So for instence, if you steal a tv, and put it in Cj's house, the tv will appear everytime you start the game? Or maybe not. Maybe im just naiv . GTA_Loco Posted December 21, 2006 Share Posted December 21, 2006 This really works. It's just that in PS2 v1.0, you can enter Freddie's house only once. After you go out, the yellow marker disappears. You can also bring the stuff inside CJ's house but you won't be able to save it. Once you reload the game, the item will be gone. Incidentally, this trick would work too for Old Reece's barbershop and the Well Stacked Pizza in the mission Ryder. This is more of a curiousity though, but can be useful too somehow early on in the game. If you kill Ryder once he instructs you to grab some bite in the Well Stacked Pizza after you had a haircut, said pizza parlor and Old Reece's barbershop will remain permanently open already eventhough you failed the mission. I find it amazing that people are still finding new things in this game still now its been realeased for over 2 years and theres so many hardcor modders around I would of expected everything to be found, but no. Fireman Posted December 22, 2006 Share Posted December 22, 2006 This is the same glitch as it is in The second Big Smoke mission You blow up the car he´s in and some houses around his house open up and have an arrow in front of them, you can now enter tham and steal the stuff out just like in the glitch you mentioned above. Big smoke's in his car then in front of his house all you have to do is blow up the car with Big Smoke in it, and it'll say mission failed. After this the houses next to BS's house will be open to, and you can steal stuff. The effect only lasts a very short time, so take advantage of it. You've only got time to enter ONE house. in all the times i've done this, tho, never ONCE has FREDDIE's house opened up for me. houses across the street and around the neighborhood, yes, but NEVER Freddie's! Why not try to get to the mission. It isnt too far into the storyline. I played the game to a certain mission too when i wanted to prove something.
