a_fool_from_edinburgh
So anyone here like John B? I've just got into him, I'm told he's a respected DnB and Junglist DJ but has sinced branched out especially with his album 'Electrostep'. Electrostep is a fantastic album to me, love it! Love his use of vocals and the whole 80's retro feel he gets along with some quality DnB. So who else here listens to John B?

Wolfwood
Yes, indeed I do. Two of my friends are mad on him, so I checked him out and I like some of his stuff. His drum and bass is pretty poor though, I'm not to keen on that. Opinion. Init.
a_fool_from_edinburgh
Think you could be thinking of a different John B ganton , I really can't see him working with 2Pac. @Wolfwood yeh some of his DnB is totally overrated but some of it is definatley worth a shot though personally I much prefer his elctrostep style stuff. Favorite tracks would be Take Me Home, Midnight Air and Metro. His remix of Tainted Love is definatley one of the better covers out there. Love the dirty vocals. Gotta love anyone who uses pornstars as vocalists
beanmachine43
Yeah, Ganton you're probably thinking of Jon B from his work on Pac's tracks. But I've heard some of John B at my friends house a couple weeks ago actually, but I'm not too fond of him. Though it is refreshing to hear his music, definitely reminiscent of the 80s like you said. meth.
Ganton you're thinking of Jon B the r&b dude. He got a bit of fame back in the mid 90's working with Babyface and Pac and stuff. I got his first cd from way wayyy back in the day. This Jon B must be a different dude.
