Damn, with all those simple "how-to" topics lately, shouldn't that line be displayed on the top of the forum page (like the notice in the Vehicle Mod Showroom) or somewhere similar that will get viewed? Like, "before making a new topic, do...". Perhaps a pinned thread like that? (unfortuantely dunno if people will even look at pinned threads :\) So...*hint hint* *jab*?
