Complete the last SF storyline mission Yay Ka Boom Boom, and then Dwayne or Cesar(?) will give you a call informing you that the showroom is up for sale already. Go there and buy the showroom, and then 4 additional Cesar missions will now appear on the opposite side of your Doherty garage. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
