I read a cheat book from a magazine and it has this cheat:

 

up, down, up, down, L2, R1, R2, R2, up, down, up, down, up.

 

It says that the cheat causes Claude (the player) to have a pee on the street or more scientificly 'Urinate On the Street.

Can someone try this to see if this works?

Once again, another load of BS from a magazine. The only game I can think of is Postal 2 for that.
