How do you get into the area 51 like area?

You know that place in the desert, looks like area 51? how do i get in there? underground i mean...

You can acess the undergroud during the abandon airstrip strand mission: "Black Project" where you wil be attempting to steal a jetpack from area 51. But I'm not sure weather if the underground is acessable before the mission. You can try by climbing over the fence and go in side. IBut you might get a wanted level so use the anti wanted cheat.

It is only accessible during the mission 'Black Project'.

you can get to the underground part of the military base after or before the Black Project Mission!! Fly through any blue hell entrance on a jetpack, fly under the base and drop down far enough in blue hell that it respawns you, and it will respwan you in the base! It's not a good idea to do this without your wanted level frozen at zero and once you get in the only way out is suicide. I can prove that I have done this. not the gate on the surface of area 69, you have to mark the base on your radar then go to one of these locations where you can walk through a non-solid surface and go under the game and then do what I said, fly there blah blah. here's the link of blue hell jumps.

To answer you're question, you can't properly get underground by simply 'walking' into the base. Only in 'Black Project' (The Truth).

 

And like Master Yayo said, if you use blue hell, you can go into Area 69 at any time. Just make sure that the 'Never Wanted' cheat is on. Whether policemen will spawn inside the base is besides of me.

 

Oh, and make sure you don't save afterwards, otherwise your game will screw up.
