Rashon.
There was barely any difference in the map for LCS and III and it's the same between VC and VCS.
crazyfurie
would be awsome if they didnt have to take any thing out if they made SaS but they would i think the map is way to big for psp disk...unless they use blueray disk for psp!!!!! witch they wont

WiseOneEddie
I thought the PSP disc has more capacity than PS2's DVD?
Pat
would be awsome if they didnt have to take any thing out if they made SaS but they would i think the map is way to big for psp disk...unless they use blueray disk for psp!!!!! witch they wont 1. They probably wont make SAS, but not because of the size of SA. Get this straight; The map of San Andreas would fit on a UMD. All of you saying it would be to big are saying it will be just like SA. Get this straight; was VCS VC? Was LCS III? No, and no. But they probably wont make it because VCS and LCS were just to keep us occupied untill GTAIV. I thought the PSP disc has more capacity than PS2's DVD? 2. UMDs are 1.75 GB (If I remember right). PS2 DVDs are around 6-7 GB, if I remember right. SA itself was four, but one or two GB of that was AUDIO. The map itself wasn't even a GB, if I remember right. Blackadder.
Where did you get the idea that DVD's are 7 gb? That's only dual layer DVD's, which aren't used for many games. UMD's are about 1.8 GB. And the the whole GTA3.img wasn't even a 1gb, the audio was about 3gb if I remember correctly Edited December 22, 2006 by blackadder18
Starion
offtopic*: And the way people can compress stuff these days they would be able to make sas easily, I mean all the data isnt much at all, the gta3.img is around 900mb, then you have the player.img which is about 100mb (thas for san andreas player customization which dosnt need to be put in) then you have a few more img files so lets just stack them alll in at 1.1gb, then you have the audio. The reason the san andreas audio was so big was becuase of its quality, if used the same audio format as vcs and lcs (f*cking likely) then the game should fit on easily. Beucase I remember vcs only takes up about 1gb which is pretty impressive. ontopic*: Theres a few differences like sunshine autos is under construction, the small mall near ocean beach is under construction and a few other little things mod it with Nitrous Oxide and chassis dyno.
