Dreakon
I'm trying to set up the controls on my laptop to make them similar to the PS2 version. I'm trying to eliminate the use for the mouse (other than basic camera movements) since I'll only have my touchpad. I was looking through the controls and I see where I can switch to the next/previous target, but how to I lock my aim onto an enemy to begin with? Dreakon
Theres a tool to make it so I can lock on enemies and scroll through them (like the PS2 version)? What kind of tool is it, like a keyboard remapper or some kinda program dedicated to locking on or something?
DarthSlurpee
Why would you want to? It's so damn easy and much more fun to be able to free aim.
Dreakon
Why would you want to? It's so damn easy and much more fun to be able to free aim. Not when your limited to a touchpad. Yeah, yeah, "just get a mouse". I have a mouse, but I prefer limiting myself to the touchpad, the mouse is a burden when it comes to portability of the laptop. I just wish this was easier to pull off, I honestly have no idea what I should be downloading from that site... EDIT: After a little searching, I found my answer. I had to change the controls from Mouse + Keys to Joypad (or something like that) in options, now it works just as I expected. Thanks anyways though. Deuce Deuce
Well, I use my joystick gamepad (same layout as PS2 controller) and set the aim button to be R1, and it automatically aims as it would on the PS2/Xbox version (auto-lock aim).
