l3mmy Posted December 16, 2006 Share Posted December 16, 2006 Hey, I am Working on Sunset Islands for Vice City, Which is making Great Progress...But i am Stuck here...I need to make a Cull point where there is no Rain (In some Tunnels)...I have Searched the Forum, and i found nothing...also i looked at the Cull in the IPL's, but i don't get the co ordinates...like what order they are in...
