I'm trying to mod my game and I don't know which file I have to edit to change the weapons of the peds.

For example the cops are using 9mms, the Ballas are using Micro SMGs & 9mms and so on...

I want to change them to different weapons like to assign M4s to Grove Street Families. Which file I have to edit to change them?
