And from what I saw on this site you linked too, it doesn't clarify if it's coming out on PS2 or not, it may have it there as coming out on PSP. Oddly enough, people do make mistakes. He thinks VCS will be released on PS2 dec 31st becuase it's in the same row (indicated by red rectangle) as the Neogeo thing which has Dec31 next to it. but if you scroll down to the bottom of the page you can see that a sometime in 2007 list starts and then continues where the December list started @ the top of the page. not very well set out by the site but it's definitly under the Sometime in 2007 list of releases, and even that is just a guess. They think that since it happened with LCS, it will happen with VCS, which is why they have it under "Sometime in 2007" I doubt it will happen.
