I did manage to jump on the wing without a problem, it's getting into the plane that seems to be difficult as when you press to enter the plane vic starts moving around to find the entrance and before he does he falls off the wings...then sometimes he gets run over by the plane Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

chrislawrance Posted December 19, 2006 Share Posted December 19, 2006 gr8 find EC. i don't kno whats more amazing. you finding it or r* leaving it in. the psp firmware won't affect being able to do it. why people keep getting wasted is because the door is close to the edge of the wing and engine and like LCS touching the wing edge or engine = Death. this could be cool for VCS movies. all ive gotta do is get a copy of the game and refind Lock camera. a guy Posted December 20, 2006 Share Posted December 20, 2006 hey guys. i found out how to get on without using a helecopter when the jet reaches the end of the runway and makes a turn there is a sign that you can jump on easily from the roof of a car(prefferably a big one when the plane gets near it has already slowed down making it easier to get on. as for the getting in part it is much easier if you walk to the edge of the wing and walk toward the middle whilst holding triangle. also! i found out how to get out. it was made to let you get out only when you land. (takes a hell of a long time to get back though) so when you get back on the ground press triangle and he will fall out the back of the plane with no damage done i have a firmware 3.0 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you get a chance to play it's fun to have it crush vehicles so the car flattens the wheels. But if you're on foot and the plane hits you -- you die. So try to stay on the wing carefully. You could create a story linking LCS and VCS and in the movie you could get on the plane with the cinematic camera on while it's taking off and black out and switch to LCS and show a plane landing at Francis International. GTA Life Posted March 27, 2007 Share Posted March 27, 2007 I seem to notice that it isn't possible to board it on the Ps2 version even with an infinite health code. It would still knock you down. I tried over ten times to do it on the Ps2 version but it won't let me, I did it all the time very easily on the PSP version. He just gets knocked down every time on the Ps2 version. PetsOvernight Posted March 27, 2007 Share Posted March 27, 2007 I see planes taking off and landing at the airport (PS2), but for some reason you need to be close to see them (you must basically be in the airport, or else they aren't visible, which was quite poorly done, as all other GTAs it seemed you could see them 3 islands away, well, GTA3 anyways). And they appear out of nowhere and after taking off and banking to the left they disappear... I guess when they get far enough away from the character the game erases them to make the game run better or something. This probably happened on the PSP as well? I even saw planes at the airport when the radio stated all air traffic movements were halted because of the hurricane that was coming... so I think they're just always there, regardless... Meh. I think there were multiple missions involving meeting people at the airport, or well, killing them.
