My game is already 100% complete and I looked through a VCS official guide, its listed in the vehicles. Ive already posted this on 8 different forums in the last few days but all I got was spam. I found this on gameFAQ's.com *VCN Maverick Dowtown VCN building, when you get off the bridge from prawn island it is the first building on the right. Find the open door that leads to the roof. Hope I helped you, dude. EDIT: Just realized it was in the VCS Forum. I don't think there are any in VCS, at the VCN helipad, unless you were looking for the one in VC.
