My problem is that when I go to the court next to sweets house there's no basketballs anywhere. I've never saved at Madd Dogs house, I only save at CJs house so I dont think that I have the basketball glitch. Btw to be sure I started a whole new game and the basketballs still arent there. I've only completed the first 2 missions of the game.
