The reason the Max Payne franchise does better is because each time it's different. Plus they support modding too. Luckily with all the extra features packed into VCS it gives players plenty of replay-ability. But as for replaying the games, I'd say VC is the most fun to go back to. The storyline kicks ass! Heck, now I'm into Devhook .51 with 3.01 support.
