Mod EDIT Request: Police Ford Crown Vic

I have been recently using Blaers Ford Victory Crown LCST. Only thing wrong with this is that it puts alot of strain on my computer (having only 226MB of RAM). There is another Ford Crown Vic car I found that works perfectly fine on my computer; one thing I don't like about it, though, is that it has Icelandic Police emblems on it, rather then the desired American design I'm craving.

 

I was wondering if someone could take the Icelandic Police's model and edit its txd texture file so that it resembles Blaers black-and-white American car. Also, the Icelandic car's siren lights are all blue, and I think they would look better blue and red, like Blaers. I have tried doing it myself, but always end up ruining the txd file ...

 

Is there anyone thats able to do the above?
