As for the one in hepburn heights, I assume you mean the one at hepburn heights, you can get it after the "blow up dolls" mission, where you you will then be able to stunt towards the building site. Spuds725 Posted November 30, 2006 Share Posted November 30, 2006 The one at the construction site can also be reached by parking an angel/freeway about 15 feet out from the ledge sideways, crash into this while driving a sanchez/PCJ and you can fly off the bike and land on the ledge--- I've reached it this way 2 times... out of about 50 tries... much easier to wait til after the blow up dolls mission--- there is a ramp in the rubble of the building in case you didn't notice... All the "high" ones should be reachable by a tall vehicle other then the construction site one-- you can't fit a tall vehicle back in there. I forget if the package on top of the gas station pumps can be reached with a tall vehicle-- I crashed into the wall and flew off my bike to reach that one too...
