Cars disappearing too fast?

I have draw distance on full but Ill be running down the street and see a car pass me but when I turn around its already gone.

 

Is there a working mod to fix this?

Actually, disappearing cars is pretty normal in GTA. It has nothing to do with draw distance.

 

In case you are searching for a mod to correct this(disappearing cars), I very much doubt there is one.Still, run a search in the forum or the web.

They have pretty much fixed this aspect, but i know it was freaking annoying in vc. I dont know why this is happening in your game. I guess it shouldnt

Do you have the game on PC? If so use this tool: Stream Editor and edit the "memory" stat. The higher it is th more the game remembers. Remember however, the higher it is the slower your game gets. Depending on your specs of course.
