Yes, thats a point. Being the fact buildings inside buildings is not very common in the world today. Yes, thats a point. Being the fact buildings inside buildings is not very common in the world today. Why buying building would have anything to do with another building being see able though it is anyones guess. The reason you can see that view of "Blue Hell", rather than just a slightly un-textured city is because the interiors for that empire building is underground. When exiting throught the marker, repeatedly press start and when it goes black keep pressing. On the main map it should indicate where it is.
