slackerking
Anyone got any tips for doing 8 Track? In theory it should be as easy as driving in a circle, but its not! :-(
Gil
Don't know if you're against cheating... If you're not use the slow mo cheat, Then it's a breeze. (a long breeze though )
saintdave
As the mission name suggests the track is in an 8 shape in which you have to complete 12 laps to win the race overall. Other races are very aggressive during this and you will be knocked from left to right during the race. The trick to the race is to break at corners they are very sharp, otherwise you’ll over steer and loose control and possibly your advantage. Winning the race will get you $10,000 and a Hotring Racer outside the stadium.
Timpo
well, just take it EASY. like saintdave said, brake for corners, try to avoid hitting the walls or other cars at any time. At the start, don't get stuck in car crashes, just get in 1st position as quick as possible, and after that, drive smoothly. you don't have to drive full throttle all the time to win it. RuleBritannia
What i did was let the rest of the pack get a bit of a head start and wait for them to spread out then pass them one by one.

Mixolydian
I do best at this one when I put the camera in 1st person mode. When braking into turns, use the hand brake, not the regular brakes. Sometimes I employ the PIT maneuver early on to take a couple of the other cars out of contention. Since this is such a long race, precision is key so that your car stays in good repair. It's generally better to drive without bumping the sides than it is to drive as fast as possible.
