99 Red Balloons Map Locations + Pictures

This has been the biggest nightmare so far. No sooner had I finished getting all the pictures and marking on a map where each one should go - I only go and find that I have only 97 images. ARGHHHH - Two hours later though and I found those sods.

I found two errors on your 99 red balloon map. The first is that their is only 98 balloons on the map and the missing one is up next to the building where you start the mission "G-Spotlight" in Vice City. The other error I found was that the balloon across from the Ocean View Hospital is linked to the wrong picture. But adding the last balloon of course will make this a very handy guide.
