Why did you choose this pic to edit anyway? If that's the moon in the very right of the picture it's not very good. Looks like a streetlight. Also, the brightness overshadows the dark a lot. Lol, yeah I must've overdid it ontopic: You should make the buildings a different layer so they look like they are closer than the light source. Also, in my opinion, it would look better if the pinkish hue was a bit less noticeable. It fills your eye and doesn't really look too good.
