M&Ms
Hello all! Wow, this site is fantastic - very content rich. I have searched and searched but haven't found what I am looking for. I am trying to find the coordinates of all HotDog stands / trolleys in San Andreas. eg. HotDog stand #1: x=1000.2354, y=344.4355, z=8.1123 Can anyone help me with this??? dertyjerzian
Gtab map veiwer by Steve-M at steve-m.com Travel to the area with the hot dog stand of your choice and click the mouse, moving it around iuntil the hot dog stand is all you see. Youi will then get it's TXD and DFF names...
ceedj
Hey, I don't have a Frank, but I've got a foot long if you know what I'm saying... I can load up those buns for you if you know what I'm saying... I'll give you some chilli and cheese if you know what I'm talking about... (Brad Sherwood is a BAD influence on me...) Ok, now that the sillyness is out of the way, I think the best thing to do is to use Steve's Map Viewer, as Jerz said above, or grab Map Editor to find these objects. Since you don't mention if you know the names or not, I fired up Map Editor and found this: 1340, chillidogcart, foodKarts, 60, 1281342, noodlecart_prop, foodKarts, 60, 128 Now, these two are in San Fiero, but I can't find them in the ipl files, so they must be streamed. Grab a copy of Map Editor (MEd it's called, I think; it should be on gtagarage.com), fire it up and when you click on the object, you'll get the coords. Hope this helps, and welcome to the forums! I'm actually not against democracy though. I'm against things I think are f*cking stupid. I think this is f*cking stupid. - Sweets
M&Ms
Thank you! Your replies have put me on the right track. I haven't found an easy way yet to isolate the foodKarts texture's in the maps so getting these objects absolute positions is cumbersome. Any tips for this? (I am using both of the tools mentioned)
