I know a lot of you are like "big deal all she said was Midwest", but i wonder, could this possibly be the setting of GTAIV? No because I can't be bothered typing the text needed to make such a list. I also don't think Rockstar could be bothered to recreate every location mentioned in a GTA game. Grand Theft Auto: Tennessee Stories!!!!!!!111ONE!11!ONE!!! No, seriously. They meansion places on the radio/missions, get over it. That doesn't mean that's where the next GTA will be. Know how many times I've heard Carcer City on all the GTAs? Talley up about over 20 times. And yet, VCS being the tenth GTA, we still dont have Carcer City! Amazing, isn't it? Missouri, Kentucky, Philadelphia, Alabama, Peru, Sri Lanka, to name a few. Almost all of the places mentioned in the games haven't been locations for a GTA yet. In GTAIII after the last Ray Machowski's Mission, he paged you and told you he was going to Miami. And suprisingly, the next GTA that came along, GTA: Vice City, was set in a Miami-like city. Then in San Andreas, the Mission "St.Marks Bistro" brought you back to Liberty City while it was snowing. And Shockingly, the next GTA was LCS, and coincidentally, there was snow in LCS!
