On to the real reason of this post... So, yeah I gave Stilton! sh*t for his Anti-christ Air because the point of the game is to avoid crazy-ass tricks that you only see in Tony Hawk games. However, I can't completely give him full sh*t seeing as there are times it is possible to get decently big air in this game to allow some of this stuff. I pulled of a strange 540 McTwist on one of the ramps randomly while trying to do a simple grab trick. I'll look forward to see what other crazy things he can pull off, despite that sh*t should stay in the Tony Hawk games. But I must admit, there are a few times in which you "hover" in air much like in Tony Hawk games (especially when you ollie off the peak of a ramp)... not sure if anybody else recognized this? SIP YEK NOD Posted August 29, 2007 Share Posted August 29, 2007 lol, you people are funny. the game is entirely about style. some people like tying smooth lines combining rails, manuals, and flip tricks. at this point, in my ~82nd trip through the demo, that bores the sh*t out of me, especially with the limited area. the new thing is pulling off holy-sh*t-did-he-just-do-that tricks. yeah, you can do it in tony hawk with a couple of button flicks, but anybody can do the exact same thing with no skill at all. this feels rewarding when you stomp the front flip christ air, or the backflip to coffin ride on the planter. i am bringing my over-the-top vert style to the street. don't hate, congratulate. @toga: dammit, this is a skateboarding game, not Americas funniest home videos![/hypocrite] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This game looks sweet, I loved Thrasher: Skate and Destroy when it was released. I like to be able to control what I am doing and not just feel like I am steering a rocket.
