If I remember correctly: Car Salesman up to level 6 and in Bike Salesman 10 of each bike.

And no there ain't more on SSV.

For PSP version. I haven't played the PS2 version so I can't say if it has been changed.

Yes, it's the same story for the PS2 version but you can continue Car Salesman even though if you fail it past level 6. On the PSP version, it finishes.

To clarify in Car Salesman you must sell 4 cars within the time limit per level, meaning you must pass level 6 to get the reward (Hellenback GT).

 

As for Bike Salesman (Hogs & Cogs) you don’t have a level as such, more of a target. In this case 40 bikes, all of which don’t have to be sold in one sitting meaning you can stop and return later to sell the rest.

Bike Salesman is in Aspatria on the west side if Staunton in Yakuza turf.
