Try getting a minigun with a LOT of ammo and keep shooting at a tank; it'll increase your accuracy thus giving you more CR. It's not impossible that he can achieve those records, vigilante in particular. If finalfantisly can give us proofs on his claims, that would be more convincing @finalfantisly, you might be interested to submit that to the LCS record book forum I linked. If he's not lying and they really are genuine, it's nothing to be proud of. Must be a right sad act. Apart from the eye-popping numerical statistics though, there's one that makes me believe he's lying - least favourite gang: Sindaccos. I mean, he's completed the game 100%, and once you do the story missions the Sindaccos don't turn up very often (if at all, infact I can't remember seeing a single one since I did the last mission). So he must have either went on a massive Sindacco killing spree before he completed the game, or he killed a moderate number but then avoided killing any of the other gangs (hard when you consider things like rampages).
