Problem With Forklift

Yeah, um. I'm having a problem getting one since it's not spawning anywhere in Los Santos plus I'm also using the SAM. The version of GTA: San Andreas I'm using is the Greatest Hits version for PS2. The only spawn location I've found was around the Ocean Docks but the top part of the Forklift was only showing and the rest of it is like buried in the ground. I tried to get inside it, but CJ just kept running around in circles. I tried to reload the game, start a new one and reset the PS2, but nothing is happening. Is there a way to fix this? Or another way to get the Forklift? Please help. I need to use the Forklift to get that DP/BP/FP/EP Tampa. Thanks.

Forklifts are generally found in :

1) Easter Bay Chemicals Complex, Blueberry-San Fierro Link Road.

 

2) Inside the hangar near the Import Export Crane,San Fierro

 

3)Occasionally outside the Angel Pine Sawmill

 

Forklifts are also quite common near the Las Venturas Airport.You can jack one of them.

I couldn't get the Forklift from cities like Las Venturas or San Fierro, etc. because I didn't get access to it yet. -_-
