jarjar
Today Sony Computer Entertainment has given gamers a way to check if their PSOne and Playstation 2 titles will run on their new master system. Rather than try and force a list of all 8,000+ titles, Sony has launched a website that acts like a search engine. Type in your game and it will tell you how well it will perform on the Playstation 3. Some games do have their issues. For instance when you type in Final Fantasy IX, we see the message: "Throughout gameplay and during FMA's, when the character walks up or down the screen, when the camera pans to follow movement, four transparent horizontal lines appear on the screen." Or for Okami the Sony search tells you that you should be ready for audio stutter during FMA playback. But all games within the Grand Theft Auto franchise seem to have no problems reported. Source Sony PSOne and PSTwo Game Compatibility Search Engine Any interesting idea, but not as good as it could be yet. All GTA games work 100% with it, or, well thats if you classify "No major problems for this title." as being 100% fine when playing.
