Demarest
Are your controller options set up for Mouse + Keys? Also, you can edit your post instead of double posting. Makes things easier to read and cuts down on the database

gillies
What kind of mouse is it? If it has a driver, like Microsoft IntelliPoint or the Logitech driver, is there a new version? Does it still happen with a newer driver? If there isn't a newer driver version, does it stop happening if you uninstall that driver and use the default mouse driver in Windows? I am having a problem that seems similar to this but I'm not sure if it is the mouse itself or the drivers that are doing it. I haven't been playing any GTA games much so I haven't been moved sufficiently to spend any time on trying to isolate the problem yet.
