dertyjerzian Posted November 21, 2006 Share Posted November 21, 2006 That file is on your game disc. Get it from there. You'll have to reinstall. No one is allowed to share that file, nor does anyone ever give unmodded files around. Unless it's something small or it's need is to be examined by someone developing new techniques/tools.
