I completed architectual espionage, key to her heart, dam and blast, cop wheels and up up and away, then i killed millie and got the key card. i ignored noe and the missions after that and went to las venturas. do i have to complete NoE first? If you killed millie you can be happy to be there mate, usually you dont get the call and you have to start allover. I am not sure if you need to complete N.O.E first, since i always do (because airstrip missions are the coolest). If you still dont get the second call and the green $ on your radar you are probably screwed. I dont see why you should do n.o.e first, since the missions are not related in any way, but give it a try...if it doesnt work, you probably need to start a new game. On the contrary all the missions are correlated........ Until and unless u complete airstrip set of missions(NOE.....) u will not get 'Breaking the bank at Caligulas' mission which is the final heist mission (marked by green dollar sign)..... And by the way killing Millie(after dating her and acquiring the keycard) doesn't have anything to do with screwing up ur game or some missions not appearing...... So dont worry about starting all over again.... Just complete the airstrip set of missions and ur on ur way to finishing the game...... I have always dated her, so i have never encountered this problem, but it does exist. Missed calls have been discussed here several times before. And those who have got this problem have managed to solve theirs by wasting themselves and spawning in the nearest hospital which results in the call again. I don't think that is even an issue. VR63 Posted February 19, 2020 Share Posted February 19, 2020 To unlock this mission, two things are very important: 1. Get the key card from Millie Perkins 2. Complete the mission "Saint Mark's Bistro". After completing this mission, you will get an appreciation call from Salvatore Leone which means that you will have gained his trust and after that Zero will call you and ask you if the heist is still going on or not and you will mention to his that Salvatore trusts you and the heist is on.
