That's nothing my UNknown mod had 3 water vehicle, one of which was a hovercraft with a mounted tank cannon it takes some math to do it and can't be done on just any car. On your way you will have to take a certain highway. As you go by you will see a red boat going under the highway. This was on the ps2 version. I currently have GTA3 and VC, and I know that there is a cheat in SA that allows you to drive on water. Just trying to broaden my understanding of the possibilites. Thanks fellas.
