Metal Slug Anthology is insanely awesome, we don't have more than one wiimote yet so my brother and I busted out the Gamecube controllers to do multiplayer. Posted January 9, 2007 Share Posted January 9, 2007 (edited) On Wii Sports, I'm ranked 27 years old in the Wii fitness testings and my highscore in the "Returning Balls" Tennis training game is 52 . EDIT: I completed the main quest in Zelda (~42 hours), so I purchased Red Steel game as something else to play when I get bored of trekking Hyrule for hidden objects. Red Steel is not the best game, but it's something that I can play. The most annoying thing about Red Steel would be the fact that you have to hold your arm in the air or else the gun has a spasm . Take 7 people crammed in a room, two controllers in a room, add alchohol and then watch as my friend during our deciding tennis match delivers a gorgeous forearm right into my face. I had to endure the emotional pain of seeing my Wii on the ground, with a giant scratch on the side of it. Thats what I get for letting my brother play gamecube on it. Doesn't read I have 3 games I bought prior to the system though. I called Nintendo up and I must say Best Costumer Service I have encountered ever. Very Little Hold Time felt like seconds. Free replacement disk on its way. Missing out on the wii sports fun though. 4-11 business days wait. Call of Duty 3 Zelda TP SC DA all to play in the meantime. I get to have any decal I want too, so, what one should I go with? I am getting a Wiimote/Nunchuck set along with the skin to match. I was thinking about the Retro Revolution, but I'm not much of an NES gamer. TheDude5000 Posted January 27, 2007 Share Posted January 27, 2007 w00t! Finally, FINALLY got my Wii! Man I wake up, and it's just sitting there in the living room. The system set-up was quick, and streamlined. I was into Wii Sports like literally 10 minutes after opening the box. It does take a while to get used to the Wiimote, I'm still honing it in fact. Wii Sports was ok, I'm sure it'll be more fun after I really get the Wiimote down. Also bought Zelda of course, and I look forward to playing that later. SIP YEK NOD Posted January 27, 2007 Share Posted January 27, 2007 My wii isn't getting all that much play these days. within a couple weeks i should have some zelda time, excite truck is cool in small doses, super monkeyball is frustrating, and warioware is like a 3 hour long game. its fun and all, but traditional gaming seems to be winning out at the moment.
