Hello, guys.

I need to convert some models from LA Rush game to GTA format (model and textures only) for my modification but I dont know how to do it and what's program I gotta use?... please help.

I know one thing: all models and textures of the game have been archived to file with *RES format and each that file has file in *dir format (like gta3.img and gta3.dir in GTA 3 or VC)
