What he means is that if you select T9 input mode, and press 8423, you get the word Vice. Like the letters on a mobile phone's number keys, 8 has "tuv", 2 has "ghi" etc. you get the point. Did you actually just try random combinations? That must've taken ages. There must be a clue somewhere in the game as to what the combination is.
