MC. Posted November 25, 2006 Share Posted November 25, 2006 You can find the Binoculars on this boat near the docks near your safehouse. It's where you do this Unique Jump and land on that boat. (if you think they are, PROVE IT with a screenshot or even a crappy webcam shot of your PSP. otherwise, don't even bother posting) 2. everyone loves this list... has anyone actually checked it all out? true, most of the items listed are there, but some are represented & NOT THERE. flame me all you want, but if you check, you'll see i'm right. Like some others, I take my time doing everything else in the game before starting the missions (rampages, empire, balloons, unique stunts. Well, for some of the red balloons, I need a sniper rifle. So I came to my trustworthy gtaforums.com looking for a weapons map. So, now I am here. And like posted above, there is NO sniper rifle on starfish island!!! Like muteminion, I cannot see a sniper rifle nor RPG on the island. I’ve looked soooo many times, and they are never there. His question about them spawning after a certain time was never answered. Can anyone clear this up for me? I want to have all first island balloons before moving on and need this sniper rifle. BTW, I am running an iso, not sure if it makes any difference or not. I'm guessing that the beach island has to be unlocked. (And I don't really wanna start another storyline...) Or it could be that you have US and I have EU, and that it's some mistake.
