If Newcastle do sack big Sam who are they going to bring in, honestly there's not many top managers available at the moment, maybe Martin Jol or something but there's not many to choose from. I reckon the Newcastle board will see who he brings in through the January transfer window and see how the team performs through February and then they'll make their decision.

So Roy Hodgson has been made the new Fulham boss after the sacking of Lawrie Sanchez, Fulham have announced that Hodgson will become manager on a long-term contract effective from 30th December and his first game will be against Chelsea, not the best game to start manging a new club with is it lol. Sky Sports said he used to mange Blackburn but i've never heard of him , lets see how he does.

According to Fox Sports (Australia), he previously coached Inter, Udinese, Blackburn, and the Swiss national team to the 1994 WC and Euro '96. He seems like quite a good replacement.

 

Who here's got FIFA 08? I got it for Christmas, and I must say, it's quite shabby. I laughed when in the transfer season, Crouchie got bought by Blackburn for 3,000,000 under his recommended price.

Edit: Just been watching the City v Blackburn highlights and it seems City's weak point is crosses as that's how Blackburn scored both their goals and Petrov created both City goals. I'd say Crouchie and Torres upfront then Crouchie can get on the end of crosses aswell as heading the balls down to Torres, then play Mascherano with Gerrard in midfield then Masch can keep an eye on Petrov.

Actually after watching Match of the Day, Everton didn't really play that bad, played some good football down the wing with Arteta and Pienar(sp) and it was just defensive lapses that cost themselves the game. The scoreline didn't really reflect the game truly.

 

I found it quite funny that Bendtner charged at Yobo and he just bounced flay on his arse Fabregas went down like a big pussy from Arteta's arm.

 

And is it just me or is Alan Shearer getting balder each week.
