A question- why don't old pearcey (or whoevers the coach now) play jack wilshere. Yes he's inexperienced but he's played in the fa cup and many other arsenal games

Forgot to comment on the Confederations Cup Final, which was class. Saw a little bit of the first half, and the change in Brazil was amazing. USA seemed to collapse once Brazil came out fighting. A great game to watch as a neutral. I never thought of the tournament as a big deal, but it was nice to see them all giving it a go.

 

As for U-21s. Totally forgot to watch it, and kinda glad too. Still recording it when it's repeated, so I'll watch it then; but a shocking result.

Can anyone else see Manchester City breaking into the "top 4" this season, if not soon? Looking at all these signings they're making, their squad is looking very dangerous. If they can sign Tevez and E'to then wow, I'd be worried if I were an Arsenal fan, I think they could easily be knocked out of the top 4. I guess they can buy their way to trophies but really? So much money is being spent this summer and we're not even in the thick of it yet.
