Definitely didn't want half time there. Chelsea look worse than we did last week. Cech's all over the place, we're mopping up everything at the back, and it's great to see goal-scoring running through the team tonight; we've struggled without potent forwards this season, and we need to realise that we have players all over the field who can get on the scoresheet.

 

My only disappointment is how quiet Torres has been. Need him to pick his game up and stick a couple away.

 

Brilliantly, even if Chelsea score, it's still basically the same game. I fancy Liverpool over Chelsea if it goes to extra time.

I've been saying on the LFC boards all week that it just takes two set pieces to get us back in the game and wallah. That 45 minute period i was up and down like a yo-yo with those chances, Kuyt was so close.

Did anyone else here think that after the penalty, the referee might have decided to compensate, by giving every little decision, or 50/50 ball, to Chelsea, in the form of a free-kick.

 

And also, did anyone else see Drogba injure himself, and then roll back onto the pitch to stop the game when he saw that Liverpool had the advantage. Cheating bastard. Only 1 more goal now though. Come on the Pool!

Yeah, I guess since Reina hit the ball with his hand, that equals a keeper diving for a shot and fingertipping it into his own net goes down as the shooter's goal.

Taking that back now, he seems to be giving Chelsea everything.

 

Liverpool playing a dangerous game now but to be honest it's needed, Chelsea again coming close to scoring at every attack.

 

Torres has been pretty quiet but you have to keep him on because he can soon turn something on.
